The FirstSpear Tourniquet Pouch is designed to securely hold one CAT or TQs Style tourniquet, or similar sized medical supplies. With a highly visible red release tab, the pouch opens quickly to allow instant access to the tourniquet. Utilizing the FirstSpear 6/9 attachment system this pouch can be attached to all 6/12™ platforms and also compatible with older MOLLE systems. Additionally, it can be directly attached to FirstSpear's line of belts including the Assaulters Gun Belt (AGB) and Line One Belt. Patent Pending
